A 24-year-old Laredo man has been charged with injury to an elderly person after allegedly attacking a 93-year-old at a local hospital emergency room in October.

LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - A 24-year-old Laredo man has been charged with injury to an elderly person after police say he attacked a 93-year-old at a local emergency room.
Daniel Alderete is accused of beating the elderly victim while the victim was seated on a hospital bed at a Laredo emergency room in October.
