The Kendall County Fair Association continues to face divisions over leadership roles, including pushback from a former director, according to discussions at a recent meeting.
The imbroglio at the nonprofit association continues to brew, stemming from disputes over social-media posts, complaints about mismanagement from some parents associated with the Queen's Court 202526 and blowback after a major car dealership pulled out as a sponsor.
Officials also have raised concerns about the association's compliance with requirements for its 501(c) (3) tax-exempt status.
