BEAUMONT, Texas - Families looking for a free evening of outdoor entertainment are invited to attend Movie in the Park tonight at Wuthering Heights Park in Beaumont.

The event will feature a screening of Smurfs.

Residents are encouraged to arrive between 7 and 8 p.m. at the park, located at 3650 Delaware St. The movie is scheduled to begin at dusk, with sunset expected around 8:15 p.m. Organizers recommend attendees bring blankets, lawn chairs and the ever important mosquito spray for the outdoor event.
