MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - A man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after firing a weapon during an argument with a woman, leading to a brief foot pursuit.

According to the Midland Police Department, officers responded at about 1:56 p.m. Wednesday to a report of a disturbance involving weapons in the area of North Midland Drive.

Police said the man fired a gun during the argument before officers arrived.
