Webb County offices relocate after pipe bursts at Billy Hall Building

Several Webb County offices have temporarily relocated after a broken pipe on the third floor of the Billy Hall Administration Building sent water to the first floor.

(KGNS) - Several Webb County offices have temporarily relocated after a broken pipe on the third floor of the Billy Hall Administration Building sent water to the first floor.

Repairs are expected to take four weeks.
