DENISON, Texas (KXII) - A planned shutdown and possible water outages are underway in parts of Denison as crews repair a water main.

The work started Thursday morning at the intersection of Murray and Armstrong streets and could last until the evening, city officials said.

Denison Communications & Marketing Coordinator Hailee Blasingame said no water is off as of 11:50 a.m., but a water outage may be required at some point on Thursday.
