LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced changes to its policy on low-value shipments, ending an exemption that previously allowed certain imports to enter the United States duty-free.
The de minimis rule previously allowed imports valued at $800 or less to enter without duties.
