HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - The man accused of killing a repairman at a home in Humble earlier this month, then later being charged in a second murder that happened in May, is no longer facing charges related to the second case, according to Harris County court records.

Jaime Garcia, 32, is currently in custody with bond denied for the alleged killing of Christopher Walsh on July 3.

Walsh had been scheduled to go to Garcia's home to fix an upstairs leak that afternoon, and when Walsh didn't return home, his family and company tracked his work truck to a home on Crathie Drive,.
