HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A former U.S. Attorney accused of leaving the scene of a crash that injured another driver earlier this year has been no-billed by a grand jury, according to her attorney's office.

In May 2026, Jennifer Lower was charged with failure to stop and render aid in a crash in west Houston.

At the time of the incident, surveillance video showed a black sedan heading north on Asbury Street around 8:07 p.m. on Thursday, May 14.
