Houston's Memorial City Mall Ice Rink to stay open until removal in December
Memorial City Ice Rink in Houston will remain open past its original July 31 closing date into the fall season to provide additional skating and family programming opportunities.

The MetroNational announced Wednesday that Memorial City Ice Rink will remain open past its original close date July 31.
This will provide the community with additional opportunities to enjoy skating, hockey and family programming throughout the fall season.
The Houston Ice Sports Coalition (HISC) and Sports Facilities Companies (SFC), MeteroNational adjusted the schedule for planned redevelopment activities due to the response from the communities interest and feedback.
