MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A 42-year-old man has been sentenced to 50 years in prison for sexually assaulting an unconscious woman, according to Montgomery County authorities.

After a two-day trial, authorities said a Montgomery County jury found Donald Eugene Goss Jr. guilty of the July 2026 incident.

According to a release from the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, the victim came forward two years after the assault due to concerns that someone else could be harmed.
