Former East Bay Congressman Eric Swalwell was escorted by federal agents through San Francisco International Airport, according to a newly released video ABC7 obtained through a public records request.

The video shows Swalwell getting off a plane wearing a black hoodie and baseball hat before investigators approach him.

He appears to cooperate and is seen handing over what is presumed to be his cellphone to a female agent.
