TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A man was sentenced to five years of probation Thursday after he pleaded guilty to assaulting a nurse in a Tyler emergency room.

Gustavo Sanchez-Castillo, 27, made the plea before Judge Kerry Russell of the 7th Judicial District Court.

After the hearing, he will be taken to an immigration facility due to a federal immigration hold.
