Texas Rebel Smoked Meat Co. may be a new business in Pleasanton, but it is already making a name for itself with handcrafted smoked meats and beef jerky.

The business is owned and operated by Mark and Wendy Cantu.

Mark, a native of Raymondville, and Wendy, originally from McAllen, opened their storefront in January 2026 and have quickly built a loyal customer base.
