LAREDO, Tex.

(KGNS) - Court records show prosecutors have moved forward with a new indictment against Juan Jose Rivera III, two months after a judge dismissed a murder case against him.

Rivera was previously accused in the 2023 death of Juan Humberto Zuazua, who was found unresponsive on the side of a road.
