NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KTRE) - The Polk County man accused in the death of a mother is facing additional charges after another victim has come forward.

The Polk County sheriff's office has announced new charges in its investigation into Cody Allen Laviolette, 36, who was originally investigated after police suspected his involvement in the suspicious death of 31-year-old Kelly Taylor Mariah Little, a mother of three.

A statement from the Polk County sheriff's office said that on Aug. 17, another victim of Laviolette came forward, resulting in additional charges.
