BELL COUNTY, Texas (KWTX) - A 19-year-old driver and her family are asking the community to help identify a semi-truck and driver after a hit-and-run on northbound I-35 on Thursday, Oct. 22.

Kerragan Simien was driving in the left lane just before 9 p.m. when a semi-truck merged into her lane and struck her car.

How the crash happened"By the time I hit my brakes and like, tried to get out of the way, the rear left end of his semi got caught on the front right of my car," Simien said.
