Jessica Sowell, the city's community services director, said the projects include replacing a bathroom at Lake Nac West that was destroyed during a storm several months ago."Looked like a perfectly healthy tree. It turned out it was completely hollowed in the middle, so it got completely demolished by this tree," Sowell said.

The city received insurance money for the damage.
