Early's Coach Alexia Perkkio was named the THSCA Regional Assistant Track and Field Coach of the Year.

"It is an incredible honor to be awarded the Region 2, 3-A Girls Assistant Coach of the Year," said Perkkio.

"It is a true testament to the hard work the student-athletes put into practice every single day, and how willing they are to compete" Perkkio has been coaching for two years.
