TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - The City of Tyler's information technology department is beginning to move into a new dedicated building this month.

Personnel and equipment, including workstations, are set to relocate from the third floor of City Hall, where the department had been housed for years.

The new building will contain network and cybersecurity operations, servers, and backup equipment for every city department."It's very exciting to finally get them off of the third floor of City Hall and get them into the building of their own where they can expand," a city official said.
