Last May, police say Lucas Spradlin assaulted a peach vendor working on North Loop 360 near Spicewood Springs road.

Cellphone video shows him shoving boxes of peaches of a table and grabbing, pushing and hitting the vendor.

On Tuesday, he pleaded guilty to the charges, accepting a deal from prosecutors, the judge told KXAN.
