The Kerrville Convention and Visitors Bureau received four Destination Excellence Awards at the 2026 Destinations Texas Annual Conference, held Sept. 2-4 in Plano.

The most notable of the awards and one of the organization's highest honors was bestowed on them as Destination Marketing Organization of the Year.

Each year, only two destination marketing organizations in Texas are named DMO of the Year, one in each of two budget categories.
