Congregation of Longview Jewish temple proposes donating historic property to city

The congregation presented the proposal to the city May 13.

The offer comes as membership has declined to fewer than 10 regular attendees."We had 65 families at one time," said Howard "Rusty" Milstein, president of the temple.
