WACO, Texas (KWTX) - The parents of a China Spring teenager killed two years ago in a utility vehicle crash have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the owners of the vehicle and the driver's father.

Tiffany Rodriguez and Juan Antonio Alvarado Jr., parents of Juan Antonio Alvarado III, are seeking unspecified damages in their lawsuit, filed in Waco's 170th State District Court.

The lawsuit names as defendants Clint and Sarah Symank and their minor son, and Danny Cannon and his minor son.
