Target is recalling certain Up & Up brand baby wipes after testing revealed possible bacterial contamination that could pose a serious health risk to infants and young children.

The recall affects Up & Up Fragrance Free Baby Wipes and Up & Up Cucumber Scented Baby Wipes sold at Target stores nationwide.

According to the retailer, the recall was initiated after the company received consumer complaints about some wipes becoming discolored.
