A pattern has emerged from City Council during Mayor Randy Briley's first months in office.

Yet another commercial rezoning request for three side-by-side homes on North Milam Street was denied the morning of Tuesday, Sept. 1, following a public hearing in which neighbors spoke.

Last Tuesday was not the first time council members had considered the rezoning request.
