Provided by LPDThe Lubbock Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 78-year-old Louis Jones Hines, who is considered an endangered missing person.

Officers with the Lubbock Police Department Patrol Division and Major Crimes investigators are currently working to locate Hines and a Silver Alert is being issued.
