ALLIANCE, Ohio (WOIO/Gray News) - The mother of a 14-year-old boy accused of shooting a 15-year-old girl in the head is charged with tampering with evidence.
Erin Barker, 47, is charged with tampering with evidence.
Barker's bond is set at $25,000.
