SULPHUR SPRINGS, Texas (KLTV) - According to the Hopkins County District Attorney's Office, a repeat drug offender has been sentenced after he says numerous rehabilitation efforts failed.

Eduardo Austin Delgado Torres has now been sentenced to a total of 25 years in prison after years of continued criminal activity and repeated violations of court-ordered rehabilitation efforts, District Attorney Will Ramsey said.

On June 3, Torres was sentenced in the 8th Judicial District Court after what Ramsey called a lengthy history of drug-related offenses dating back nearly ten years.
