The community is invited to come out to the Community Resource & Recreation Center (CRRC) of Canyon Lake on Saturday for the Comal Texas Retired Teachers Association's fifth annual community wellness and healthy lifestyle expo.

The expo will include a variety of vendors surrounding fitness, nutrition, mental health, healthy aging and prevention.

Event attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in health screenings and interactive demonstrations.
