COAHOMA, Texas (KOSA) - Coahoma ISD officials say the Board of Trustees will consider hiring outside professionals to investigate allegations involving the district's financial and personnel records.

According to our news partner KBest Media, Community member Megan Ditto said she submitted a formal complaint to the Texas Education Agency after reviewing three years of the district's general ledgers, check registers, approved vendor lists and personnel information reported through the Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS).

Ditto's complaint claims the records contain multiple financial and personnel inconsistencies.
