HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - A teenager is behind bars after a woman was stabbed multiple times and two dogs were shot and killed in what Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez is calling an intimate partner violence investigation.

Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies responded Tuesday night to a disturbance in the 300 block of Highlands Cross Drive, near the North Freeway and FM-1960.

Upon arrival, deputies found a significant amount of blood leading into an apartment.
