Nick Reiner will be back in court Wednesday as he faces murder charges in the deaths of his parents, Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner.

A judge will decide whether transcripts from Reiner's grand jury indictment should be made public.

Reiner's siblings have been fighting to keep the transcripts sealed, saying their disclosure to the public would cause them additional trauma.
