WALLER COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- If the Pederson Bridge in Waller County is part of your commute, expect some slowdowns as repairs are being made, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

On Tuesday, commuters saw heavy backups along the westbound lanes of the I-10 Katy at Pederson Bridge.

ABC13 saw the highway reduced to one lane between Anserra Trail and Pederson Road due to construction.
