Bexar County Judge Peter Sakai and Precinct 3 Commissioner Grant Moody joined San Antonio Mayor Gina Ortiz Jones in denouncing previous antisemitic comments made by Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, ahead of a planned concert on July 4 at the Alamodome.
More than 60,000 people are expected to be in attendance, and Ye said the concert will be one of the most well-attended in the venue's history.
Roughly 50,000 tickets have already been sold, according to the City of San Antonio.
