The New Braunfels Independent School District's approved 2026-2027 compensation plan includes a 2% midpoint raise for all employees.

During a regular meeting on Monday evening, trustees voted to approve a 2% increase to the teacher and librarian pay scale median as well as a 2% midpoint adjustment to the administrator/professional, paraprofessional and auxiliary pay scales.

Chief Human Resources Officer Max Flores presented the plan to trustees prior to its approval.
