TROY, Texas (KWTX) - A Central Texas mother is honoring the memory of her son through a memorial fund that supports local youth, nearly six years after his death.

Will Barsh was just 19-years-old when he tragically died in a car accident on January 30th, 2021."He had his whole life ahead of him... and losing him changed our lives forever," said Stacy Barsh, Will's mother.

Barsh says her son made every day an adventure, describing him as an old soul, a hard worker and a very loving person."He had the most beautiful smile," she recalled.
