Texas landowners can apply for program covering 75% of invasive plant removal costs

Texas landowners can now apply for a cost-share program from Texas A&M Forest Service that covers 75% of invasive plant removal costs, up to $7,000 per landowner.

Texas landowners looking to remove invasive plants from their forests can now apply for financial assistance through a new cost-share program from the Texas A&M Forest Service.

The Texas Invasive Plant Solutions, or TIPS, Cost-Share Program is now accepting applications.

The program covers 75% of eligible treatment or removal costs, up to $7,000 per landowner.
