TRINIDAD, Texas (KLTV) - A Henderson County judge confirmed that two Trinidad police officers withheld facts from the court when they sought a warrant to prosecute a woman over a Facebook post about the city's water supply.

In a letter, Judge R. Scott McKee said two officers with the Trinidad Police Department, Sergeant Robert McCumsey and Investigator Cameron Bechham, left out details about citizen complaints, water quality concerns and the context of Jennifer Combs' statements when they applied for a search warrant.

Combs was arrested and charged with making a false report, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court.
