TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A federal grand jury has indicted two people from Van Zandt County accused of securing loans by acting as owners of others' properties.

Larry Duane Haley and Veronica A. Haley are each charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, two counts of wire fraud and two counts of bank fraud.

According to the indictment, both defendants identified property owners and sought loans using the property as collateral.
