Kendall County Commissioner Chad Carpenter is seeking support at Commissioners Court for the purchase of 120 acres using Prop A funds.

70 acres would be in the flood plain on North Creek Road plus another 50 acres.

The property is part of 342 acres called North Creek Ranch.
