LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - We're hearing from another candidate in the city council District 4 special election to feel the seat after Brayden Rose announced his resignation.
Boyd Goodloe is a Lubbock native with a background in ministry.
A regular attendee of city council meetings and discussions, he says the city needs to spend taxpayer money more responsibly.
