WACO, Texas (KWTX) - The McLennan County District Attorney's Office is seeking to revoke the felony probation of a Robinson man charged with his wife, brother and mother with financially exploiting the elderly widow of former Big Red president Donal Sharp and draining her substantial estate.

The revocation motion alleges John Jay Justice committed a new offense in 2024 and "failed to maintain suitable employment" from February 2020 to May 2022.

Jay Justice had not been arrested on the revocation motion as of Thursday afternoon, and 19th State District Judge Thomas West has not set a hearing to consider the motion.
