Comment0HARKER HEIGHTS, Texas (KWTX) - A passenger died after a single-vehicle crash on Jan. 1, 2026, in Harker Heights, and police say the driver has now been arrested in connection with the case.

Emergency services were dispatched to the area of FM 3219 and East Veterans Memorial Boulevard after an OnStar crash alarm was activated.

Officers found a blue 2006 Cadillac that had crashed into a tree a short distance off the main traveled portion of the roadway.
