Uvalde County Junior Livestock Show will introduce a new horse training and entrepreneurship project for local 4-H and FFA members at a 6 p.m. Oct. 1 informational meeting at the William R. Mitchell Uvalde County Fairplex.

The Yearling Ranch Horse Show and Sale is open to 4-H and FFA members age 13 and older and will be limited to 10 participants.

The first 10 participants to submit the $3,000 purchase price, due by Nov. 1, will secure spots in the program.
