Ingram Warrior Homes, the nonprofit supporting the building trades program at Ingram Tom Moore High School, has received a three-year contribution from the Adam R. Scripps Foundation.

The grant will fund supplies and help pay for an additional instructor to assist with on-campus home builds.

Ingram Warrior Homes partners with students and educators to provide hands-on construction experience through the building of custom small homes, giving students practical skills in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, project management and teamwork.
