HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- An investigation is underway after an argument between a pedestrian and someone in a vehicle turned deadly on Thursday in the Heights area, police said.

Just before 1:30 p.m., officers with the Houston Police Department were called to a shooting scene in the 200 block of Archer.

HPD said there was a fight between a pedestrian and the driver of a grey Honda Civic.
