TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Traffic is backed up Friday while city workers repair a signal light at the intersection of South Broadway Avenue and Chimney Rock Drive in Tyler.
Tyler police are directing traffic, with no time set for completion of the repair, according to police spokesperson Andy Erbaugh.
