WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - According to the Wichita Falls Police, David Matthew Molinaro was booked into the Wichita County Jail on an injury to an elderly person charge, stemming from an altercation that took place on Wednesday, October 21.

Molinaro's arrest affidavit states that officers arrived at a residence in the 4400 block of Prince Edward Drive in response to a disturbance.

The victim told officers that Molinaro was chasing him around the home, attempting to harm him.
