A Grand Prairie woman is accused of embezzling at least $1. 2 million from an elderly Waxahachie couple while working as their longtime bookkeeper, federal prosecutors said.

Nancy Black, 69, was federally indicted Sept. 15 on 10 counts of bank fraud and two counts of aggravated identity theft in connection with the alleged theft from the couple, who had trusted her to manage their finances, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Texas.
